Program Enrollment

Enrolling in a program is how players subscribe to an ongoing group class at a facility. Once enrolled, you attend sessions on the program's recurring schedule and are billed monthly. This page covers the enrollment process from the player's perspective.

Finding a Program

To browse available programs:

  1. Go to the Facility Page for the facility you are interested in.
  2. Click Programs to see all active programs.
  3. Use filters to narrow your search:

Each program listing shows the name, schedule, sport, age group, skill level, monthly price, and available spots.

Enrolling in a Program

Once you have found a program:

  1. Click on the program to view its full details.
  2. Review the schedule, pricing, coaches, and description.
  3. Click Enroll.
  4. Select the player -- yourself or a child from your family account.
  5. Choose your enrollment type:
    • Trial (if available) -- Start with a free introductory session before committing.
    • Paid enrollment -- Begin your paid subscription immediately.
  6. Confirm your enrollment.

If the program has age enforcement enabled, only players within the specified age group can enroll. If age enforcement is off, the age group is a recommendation and any player can join.

Trial Enrollment

Many programs offer a free trial session so you can experience the class before committing financially. If the program has trials enabled:

  1. Select Start with Trial during enrollment.
  2. Attend your trial session at the next scheduled date.
  3. After the trial, you can convert to a paid enrollment or decline.

What Happens After You Enroll

Once your enrollment is confirmed:

  • Your enrollment status is set to Active (or Trial if you started with a trial).
  • The program appears on your Player Dashboard under My Programs.
  • All upcoming sessions are added to your calendar.
  • You begin receiving session reminders.
  • Monthly billing starts from your enrollment date (or after the trial ends).

Locked-In Monthly Rate

Your monthly rate is locked in at the time of enrollment. If the facility admin later changes the program price, your rate stays the same until you cancel and re-enroll.

If the facility offers sibling discounts, enrolling multiple children from the same family account may automatically apply a reduced rate. Check with the facility for their discount policies.

Enrolling a Child

Parents managing a family account can enroll their children:

  1. During the enrollment process, select the child from your family members list.
  2. The enrollment is created under the child's player profile.
  3. Billing is charged to the parent account.
  4. Both the parent and child can see the program on their dashboards.

Enrollment Limits

Each program has a maximum enrollment cap. When the program is full:

  • The Enroll button changes to Join Waitlist.
  • You are placed in a first-in, first-out queue.
  • When a spot opens, you are notified and given a limited time to confirm your enrollment.

Managing Your Enrollment

After enrolling, you can manage your subscription from your Player Dashboard > My Programs:

Pausing your enrollment does not guarantee your spot if the program reaches capacity. When you resume, you will be re-added if space is available. Check with the facility for their specific hold policies.

Monthly Billing

Enrolled players are billed on a monthly cycle:

  • Billing begins from the date of enrollment (or after the trial period ends).
  • The charge reflects your locked-in monthly rate.
  • Sibling discounts, if applicable, are applied automatically.
  • You receive a billing notification each month.
