Admin Dashboard
The platform admin dashboard is the central hub for managing all facilities, subscriptions, and users across the SlotBase platform. It is accessible only to users with the PLATFORM_ADMIN role and provides a bird's-eye view of the entire platform.
Accessing the Admin Dashboard
- Log in to SlotBase with your platform admin account.
- Navigate to /admin or click Admin in the top navigation bar.
- The admin dashboard loads with platform-wide statistics and recent activity.
The admin dashboard is only visible to users with the PLATFORM_ADMIN role. Regular facility admins, coaches, and players do not see this option.
Dashboard Overview
The admin dashboard displays several key sections:
Platform Statistics
At the top of the dashboard, you see high-level metrics including:
- Total Facilities -- Number of facilities on the platform
- Active Facilities -- Facilities currently operating
- Total Users -- All registered users across all facilities
- Active Subscriptions -- Number of facilities with active subscription plans
Recent Activity
A feed of recent platform events, such as:
- New facility registrations
- Subscription changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations)
- Facility suspensions or reactivations
- New facility invitations sent
Facility Status Summary
A breakdown of facilities by their current status:

| Trialing | Facility is in a free trial period |
| Suspended | Facility has been suspended by a platform admin |
| Cancelled | Facility's subscription has been cancelled |
Admin Navigation
From the admin dashboard, you can access all platform management features:

Quick Actions
The dashboard provides quick action buttons for common tasks:
- Invite Facility -- Send an invitation to a new facility owner
- View All Facilities -- Open the full facility management list
- Review Subscriptions -- Check on facilities with billing issues
Use the admin dashboard as your starting point each day. The recent activity feed helps you stay on top of platform changes without needing to dig into individual facility pages.
Search and Navigation
The admin dashboard includes a global search feature that lets you find:
- Facilities by name
- Users by name or email
- Subscriptions by facility or status
Type your search query into the search bar at the top of the page to quickly locate any entity on the platform.
