tip

If a facility is approaching their plan limits, reach out to the owner to discuss an upgrade before they hit the cap.

Handling Past Due Subscriptions

When a facility's payment fails, the subscription enters PAST_DUE status:

  1. The facility owner is notified by email about the failed payment.
  2. A grace period begins during which the facility can still operate.
  3. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, the subscription may be suspended.

As a platform admin, you can:

  • View past due facilities in the Subscriptions section
  • Contact the facility owner to resolve payment issues
  • Manually extend the grace period if needed
  • Suspend the facility if payment remains unresolved

Paused Subscriptions

A facility owner can voluntarily pause their subscription (e.g., during off-season). While paused:

  • The facility has read-only access (no new bookings)
  • Existing data is preserved
  • The owner can resume at any time
warning

If a paused subscription is not resumed within the configured time limit, it may be automatically cancelled.
