Platform Analytics

The platform analytics page gives you a comprehensive view of how the SlotBase platform is performing across all facilities. Use these reports to track growth, identify trends, and make informed decisions about the platform's direction.

Accessing Platform Analytics​

  1. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard at /admin.
  2. Click Analytics in the admin sidebar.
  3. The analytics page loads with platform-wide metrics and charts.

Platform analytics are only available to users with the PLATFORM_ADMIN role. Facility admins see their own facility-specific analytics from their own dashboard.

Key Metrics​

The analytics dashboard provides the following high-level metrics:

Total UsersAll registered users across all facilities
Total BookingsCumulative bookings across all facilities
Total RevenueRevenue generated across the platform

New UsersUsers who signed up in the selected time period

Time Period Selection​

You can view analytics for different time periods:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Last 12 months
  • Custom date range

Select your desired time period from the dropdown at the top of the analytics page. All metrics and charts update to reflect the selected range.

Growth Metrics​

Track how the platform is growing over time:

Facility Growth​

  • New facilities created per month
  • Cumulative facility count over time
  • Trial-to-paid conversion rate

User Growth​

  • New user signups per month
  • Active users (users who logged in or made a booking)
  • User retention trends

Booking Volume​

  • Total bookings per month
  • Average bookings per facility
  • Booking trends by day of week

Subscription Analytics​

Monitor the health of facility subscriptions:

Upgrade/Downgrade TrendsHow often facilities change plans

Churn RateRate at which facilities cancel their subscriptions

A healthy platform has a high trial conversion rate and low churn rate. Monitor these metrics closely and investigate sudden changes.

Revenue Analytics​

View platform-wide financial performance:

  • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from subscriptions
  • Revenue by plan tier -- How much each plan contributes
  • Revenue trends over time

Facility Performance​

Compare facilities across the platform:

  • Top facilities by booking volume, revenue, or player count
  • Facilities at risk -- Low activity, past due billing, or approaching plan limits
  • New facilities -- Recently created facilities and their onboarding progress

Facility-level financial details (individual booking amounts, player payments) are private to each facility. Platform analytics show aggregate data only.

Exporting Reports​

You can export analytics data for further analysis:

  1. Navigate to the analytics section you want to export.
  2. Click the Export button.
  3. Select the format (CSV or PDF).
  4. The report downloads to your device.
