Manage Facilities
As a platform admin, you have full oversight of every facility on SlotBase. The facility management page lets you view, search, create, edit, and manage the status of all facilities from a single interface.
Viewing All Facilities
- Navigate to the Admin Dashboard at /admin.
- Click Facilities in the admin sidebar.
- You see a list of all facilities on the platform.
Each facility entry shows:
- Facility name and location
- Owner name and email
- Subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise)
- Status (Active, Trialing, Suspended, Cancelled)
- Date created
Searching and Filtering
Use the tools at the top of the facility list to find specific facilities:
- Search -- Type a facility name or owner email to filter the list
- Status filter -- Show only facilities with a specific status (Active, Trialing, Suspended, etc.)
- Plan filter -- Show only facilities on a specific subscription plan
Combine search and filters to narrow down your results. For example, search for "tennis" while filtering by "Suspended" to find suspended tennis facilities.
Creating a New Facility
Platform admins can create facilities directly:
- Click Create Facility from the facilities page.
- Enter the facility details:
- Facility Name (required)
- Location (address, city, state)
- Owner (select an existing user or invite a new one)
- Subscription Plan (select the initial plan)
- Click Create.
- The facility is created and the owner is notified.
Editing a Facility
To modify a facility's details:
- Click on the facility name from the facility list.
- Click Edit to modify facility information.
- Update the fields as needed (name, location, contact details).
- Click Save.
Editing a facility's details from the platform admin side overrides what the facility owner has set. Use this sparingly and communicate changes to the facility owner.
Facility Detail View
Clicking on a facility opens its detail page, showing:
- Facility information -- Name, address, contact details
- Owner details -- Owner name, email, and account status
- Subscription -- Current plan, billing status, and usage against plan limits
- Resources -- Number of resources (courts, fields, etc.)
- Players -- Total player count
- Admins -- Number of facility admins
- Activity -- Recent bookings, events, and revenue
Facility Actions
From the facility detail page, you can take several actions:

| Edit | Modify facility name, location, or settings |
| Change Plan | Upgrade or downgrade the facility's subscription |
| Suspend | Temporarily disable the facility |
| Activate | Reactivate a suspended facility |
| View as Owner | See the facility from the owner's perspective |
Plan Limits
Each facility's subscription plan defines usage limits. You can view these from the facility detail page:

| Max Resources | Maximum number of bookable resources (courts, fields, etc.) |
| Max Players | Maximum number of registered players |
| Max Admins | Maximum number of facility admin accounts |
If a facility exceeds its plan limits, they may need to upgrade. You can assist by changing their plan from the admin side.
