Manage Staff
As a facility owner, you can invite other people to help manage your facility. Staff members can be assigned one of two roles: Facility Admin or Facility Staff. This page explains how to invite staff, what each role can do, and how to manage your team.
Staff Roles
SlotBase supports three facility-level roles:
| Role | Who Gets It | What They Can Do |

| Facility Owner | The person who created the facility | Full access to all facility settings, billing, and staff management |
| Facility Admin | Invited by the owner | Manage bookings, events, resources, coaches, players, and settings |
| Facility Staff | Invited by the owner | Day-to-day operations such as check-ins and booking management |
Only the Facility Owner can invite new staff members. Facility Admins and Staff cannot invite others.
How to Invite Staff
- Go to Staff in the admin sidebar.
- Click Invite Staff in the top-right corner.
- In the dialog that appears:
- Enter the person's email address.
- Select a role: Facility Admin or Facility Staff.
- Click Send Invitation.
The person will receive an email invitation. Once they sign up (or sign in if they already have a SlotBase account), they will automatically be granted the selected role at your facility.
Viewing Your Staff
The Staff page shows two tabs:
Active Staff
Lists all users who currently have a staff role at your facility. For each person you can see:
- Name and email
- Role badge (Owner, Admin, or Staff)
- Status (Active, Inactive)
Pending Invitations
Lists invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. For each invitation you can:
- Resend the invitation email
- Revoke the invitation to cancel it
If a staff member tells you they didn't receive the invitation, check the Pending Invitations tab and click Resend to send a fresh email.
Removing Staff Access
To remove a staff member's access to your facility, contact SlotBase support. Self-service role removal is coming in a future update.
