Subscription Statuses
Your subscription goes through the following lifecycle:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trialing | You are on a free trial period. All features of your selected plan are available. |
| Active | Your subscription is current and payments are up to date. |
| Past Due | A payment has failed. Your facility remains active, but you should update your payment method promptly. |
| Paused | You have voluntarily paused your subscription. Your facility is not accepting new bookings. |
| Cancelled | You have cancelled your subscription. Your facility will become inactive at the end of the billing period. |
| Suspended | Your subscription has been suspended by the platform due to prolonged non-payment or a policy violation. |
If your subscription enters Suspended status, your facility will be hidden from players and all booking functionality will be disabled. Contact SlotBase support to resolve the issue.
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Go to Facility Settings in the admin sidebar.
- Select Subscription.
- You will see your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and usage summary.
The usage summary shows how close you are to each plan limit:
- Resources -- Number of active resources vs. your plan limit.
- Players -- Number of active members vs. your plan limit.
- Admins -- Number of admin accounts vs. your plan limit.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you need more resources, players, or admin accounts:
- Go to Facility Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the new plan tier.
- Review the pricing difference and confirm.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
If you are approaching your resource or player limit, upgrade before you hit the cap. Once you reach the limit, you will not be able to add new resources or accept new members until you upgrade.
Downgrading Your Plan
You can downgrade to a lower plan tier, but only if your current usage is within the lower plan's limits:
- Go to Facility Settings > Subscription.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the lower plan tier.
- If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you will be prompted to reduce resources, members, or admin accounts first.
- Confirm the downgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You cannot downgrade if your active resource count, player count, or admin count exceeds the target plan's limits. Reduce usage first, then downgrade.
Pausing or Cancelling
- Pause -- Temporarily suspends your subscription. Your data is preserved, but your facility stops accepting new bookings. You can resume at any time.
- Cancel -- Ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you reactivate.
To pause or cancel:
- Go to Facility Settings > Subscription.
- Click Pause Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
