Parent Dashboard
The parent dashboard gives you a unified view of all your family's sports activities. From one screen, you can see upcoming bookings, event registrations, and program enrollments for yourself and all your linked children.
Accessing the Parent Dashboard
- Log in to your SlotBase account.
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- If you have linked children, the dashboard automatically shows family-wide activity.
The parent dashboard is an enhanced version of the standard player dashboard. If you have no linked children, you see the regular player dashboard instead.
Dashboard Sections
Family Overview
At the top of the dashboard, you see a summary of your family:
- Your name and your upcoming activities
- Each child's name with their upcoming activities
- A quick count of total upcoming sessions across the family
Upcoming Bookings
All upcoming bookings for your family are listed in chronological order. Each entry shows:
- Who the booking is for (you or a specific child)
- Date and time of the session
- Resource and facility
- Booking status and payment status
Event Registrations
Upcoming events for all family members, showing:
- Participant name (which family member is registered)
- Event name and date
- Registration status (Registered, Waitlisted)
Program Enrollments
Active program enrollments across the family:
- Enrolled member name
- Program name and schedule
- Next session date
- Attendance summary
Filtering by Family Member
You can filter the dashboard to show activity for a specific family member:
- Look for the Family Member filter at the top of the dashboard.
- Select All, Yourself, or a specific child's name.
- The dashboard updates to show only the selected member's activity.
Use the filter to quickly check one child's schedule before heading to practice, or switch to All for a complete family overview.
Managing Bookings from the Dashboard
From the parent dashboard, you can take action on any family member's bookings:

| View booking details | Click on the booking card |
| Cancel a booking | Open the booking, then click Cancel |
| Reschedule a booking | Open the booking, then click Reschedule |
| Make a payment | Click on the payment prompt if displayed |
Payment Summary
The dashboard shows a consolidated payment summary for all family members:
- Outstanding balances across all children and yourself
- Recent payments made for any family member
- Upcoming invoices if monthly billing is enabled
Notifications
As a parent, you receive notifications for all family members, including:
- Booking confirmations and reminders for your children
- Event registration updates
- Waitlist promotions (when a spot opens for your child)
- Payment reminders and invoice notifications
All notifications clearly indicate which family member they relate to.
