Player Dashboard
The player dashboard is your home base when you log in to SlotBase as a player. It gives you a quick overview of everything happening at your facility -- upcoming sessions, events, programs, and payment activity -- all in one place.
Dashboard Sections
When you open your player dashboard, you see the following sections:
Upcoming Bookings
Your next scheduled sessions are displayed at the top of the dashboard. Each booking card shows:
- Date and time of the session
- Resource (court, field, lane, etc.)
- Booking status (Confirmed, Pending Approval, etc.)
- Payment status (Paid, Pending, etc.)
Click on any booking to view its full details, including cancellation and rescheduling options.
Upcoming Events
Any events you have registered for are shown with:
- Event name and description
- Date, time, and location (resource)
- Registration status (Registered, Waitlisted)
- Available spots remaining
Active Programs
Programs you are currently enrolled in appear with:
- Program name and schedule
- Next session date
- Enrollment status (Enrolled, Trial, Waitlisted)
- Attendance summary
Recent Payments
A summary of your recent payment activity, including:
- Amount paid and date
- What the payment was for (booking, event, program)
- Payment method (online, offline)
Navigating from the Dashboard
From the dashboard, you can quickly navigate to:

Facility Selector
If you are a member at multiple facilities, you can switch between them using the facility selector at the top of the dashboard. Each facility has its own separate dashboard with its own bookings, events, and programs.
Your data is completely separate between facilities. Bookings at one facility do not appear in another facility's dashboard.
Notifications
The dashboard may display notification banners for important updates such as:
- A booking that requires your attention (e.g., approval pending)
- An upcoming session reminder
- A waitlist promotion (a spot has opened up for you)
- A payment that is due
Keep your email address up to date in your profile so you receive important notifications even when you are not logged in.
Mobile Access
The player dashboard is also available on the SlotBase mobile app. The mobile dashboard provides the same information in a layout optimized for your phone, so you can check your schedule and manage bookings on the go.
