Player Profile
Your player profile contains your personal information, contact details, and account settings. Keeping your profile up to date ensures you receive important notifications and that facility admins can reach you when needed.
Viewing Your Profile
- Log in to SlotBase.
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Your profile page displays your current information and provides options to edit each section.
Profile Information
Your profile includes the following fields:

Your date of birth cannot be changed after account creation. If it was entered incorrectly, contact your facility admin or SlotBase support to request a correction.
Editing Your Profile
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Click the Edit button next to the section you want to update.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save to apply the updates.
If you change your email address, you will receive a verification email at the new address. Your email is not updated until you confirm the change by clicking the verification link.
Profile as Seen by Admins
Facility admins can view your profile from the admin dashboard. They see:
- Your name and contact information
- Your player status at their facility
- Your booking history at their facility
- Your event registrations and program enrollments
- Your payment history
Admins can only see your activity at their specific facility. They cannot see your bookings or payments at other facilities.
Admin Editing Player Profiles
Facility admins can also update certain player information from the admin side:
- Navigate to Players in the facility admin dashboard.
- Click on the player's name to open their profile.
- Update the relevant fields.
- Click Save.
This is helpful when a player asks for assistance or when you need to correct information on their behalf.
Linked Accounts
If you are a parent with linked child accounts, your profile page also shows:
- Linked Children -- A list of child accounts connected to your parent account
- Family Management -- Options to add or manage child accounts

Account Security
Your profile page also provides access to security settings:
- Change Password -- Update your login password
- Sign Out -- Sign out of all devices
Use a strong, unique password for your SlotBase account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately.
